Day 1: Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx
- Start your day with a visit to the iconic Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus.
- Continue to explore the Great Sphinx, which features a pharaoh’s head on a lion’s body,
dating back to the era of Chephren. - Visit the Valley Temple, part of Chephren’s pyramid complex, historically used for the
purification of the king’s mummy and mummification rituals. - Transfer back to your hotel.
Evening: Enjoy a delicious dinner on the rooftop terrace while watching the spectacular Sound and Light
Show at the Pyramids.
Day 2: Memphis, Sakkara, and Dahshur- Visit the Step Pyramid of Djoser at Sakkara, the oldest major stone structure in the
world, built during the Third Dynasty. - Visit Memphis, the first capital of Egypt, founded by King Menes, and see the Statue of
Ramses II and the alabaster Sphinx. - Explore the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid at Dahshur, part of the royal necropolis
built by King Snefru. - Return to your hotel.
Evening: Embark on a Cairo Nile Dinner Cruise with belly dance, folklore show, Oriental music, and
traditional Egyptian dishes.
